- AddedBlog: the Topics column can be viewed as List, with each group's topics one after another, or as Map, where each topic takes up a block sized by how many articles it has.
- AddedBlog: search now also finds topics, and picking one from the results shows only the articles on that topic.
- ImprovedBlog: the list of articles and the cover images load faster, especially on phones.
- ImprovedBlog: in each article, the text no longer shifts down when the cover image and other images finish loading.
- AddedBlog: each translated article now has its own web address, built from its title in that language; old addresses still lead to the same article.
- AddedBlog: the list of all articles is now split into pages, with 50, 100 or all articles per page, and articles on each topic are spread throughout the list.

- ImprovedConfirmations appear inside NEXO instead of in a browser pop-up: deleting your account, removing a friend or a Max Team member, leaving a group, and resetting your statistics. Resetting now asks you to confirm in two steps, and profile notices appear at the top of the screen.
- ImprovedUnlocking a continent or an exam shows your synapse balance before and after. In Multimedia, synapses for an exam are only spent after you confirm.
- ImprovedNew sounds when a game starts, when you get the answer right, when you get it wrong, when you earn points, and when you level up.
- ImprovedNew result screen: it shows your accuracy in the game, that is, the average of how close your guess at each clue you used came to the correct ICD code. Explanation, Flashcard, Share result, and Report a problem open on top of the result without taking you away from it.
- ImprovedLevel-ups and new achievements appear in a single card: after a game and on the Ranking and Friends pages. When your title changes, the card shows the career ladder with your new title highlighted.
- ImprovedHome screen: the countdown to the next case fits on one line in every language, with a 24-segment ring that fills up as the day goes by.

- FixedLevel bar on the home screen: the number next to it now shows the XP earned in your current level out of what the level requires. Before, it showed your total XP out of the next level's target.
- FixedAdrenaline mode: when the extra time ran out, a case-closed notice could open on top and take the result off the screen. Now the result opens and stays.
- FixedHome screen: the daily case and Adrenaline cards said “Case solved.” even when the game ended without a correct answer. Now they say “Case not solved.”

- AddedNEXO Closer: its own page, linked in the footer, for people who bring NEXO to medical schools, student interest groups, residency programs and hospitals; it explains how the program works, from registering the institution to the commission, as well as the program's rules and how to apply.

- FixedFeatured achievement on your own and public profiles: only track steps are shown. If yours was in the old format, the spot is left empty and you can pick another one in your profile.
- FixedAchievement card: the Unlocked and Locked labels appear in the site language. Before, an internal code appeared instead.
- FixedFriend request in notifications: when the sender's account was deleted or the request was already answered, Accept and Decline remove the request from the list instead of showing an error.
- FixedICD range on the 5th clue: it shows the diagnosis's ICD-10 group, for example J90-J94 for J93, instead of a fixed band of ten categories such as J90-J99. When the group has a single category, the chapter range is shown, so the answer is not given away.
- FixedPro and Max badges: each keeps one color across the site, Pro in violet and Max in amber. The public profile and the stats window used different shades.
- FixedAdrenaline mode: dragging the syringe plunger to choose the dose no longer selects the page text or opens the copy menu on a phone.
- ImprovedUniversity ranking: a school joins the standings once 1 student with a public profile scores in the period, down from 3.
