What is missing
Most say they need it. Few have it.
In an international survey, 85% said clinical reasoning needs a curriculum that runs through the whole program. 28% said their own institution has one.
In the clerkship
The shift decides what each student sees.
In a university hospital emergency department, the curriculum recommended 10 types of presenting complaint. Half the students saw 3 or fewer.
The architecture
Gamified Medical Learning Architecture
Three layers between the textbook and the clerkship: the content, the practice and the analysis of what the class does.
Core
The clinical graph underneath it all: diseases, findings and the links between them.
Practice
Fictional clinical cases that take 5 to 10 minutes, on a phone or computer.
Intelligence
The cohort dashboard and the program report.
01 Core
The clinical graph underneath it all.
Every disease, finding, test and ICD-10 code has its own page in Core, linked to the others by the relationships recognized in clinical practice.
Core is how each case knows which disease, findings and specialty it belongs to. That is why the dashboard breaks accuracy down by specialty and points to the next case set.
Dyspnea: 6 diseases across 3 specialties.
02 Practice
Short cases that follow what the class is studying.
Coordinators choose each cohort's case set based on what it is studying, and change the set when the dashboard flags a gap.
Faculty members do not need to write cases: the sets arrive ready and reviewed, by area. Students practice one short case a day, in their own language, with the explanation at the end, from first year to final year.

03 Intelligence
Where the class gets it right, and where it needs practice.
The dashboard cross-references cohort and area, flags what fell below the cohort average and points to the next case set.

- Between opening and closing
- The cases arrive after the opening session and stay open until closing.
- Tutors see their own group
- Before closing, the tutor sees what the group got right and wrong in the problem's cases.

Content
The clinical graph underneath it all: clinical concepts, reference chapters, ICD-10 codes and the links between them. Every case is checked against it before publication.
No. The cases are fictional, built from classic presentations described in the literature. We are a training tool, not a medical reference, and should not be used to guide clinical decisions.

Teaching
Diagnostic accuracy by cohort and area, each cohort's gaps, who practiced each week, practice hours and each cohort's accuracy year by year.
No. The cases arrive ready and reviewed, in sets by area that follow what the class is studying.
Yes. In a residency program, the cases are set at the program level, each resident is shown by postgraduate year and each preceptor sees their own area.
Access and data
Through the institution's sign-in (SAML/OIDC). Accounts are created from enrollment and closed at graduation.
Academic data is kept apart from other uses, and the institution can export it for its own studies.
Yes, through API integration with LMS, student records and the clerkship schedule, with complete audit logs.
Contract
