NEXO Closer

A Closer is someone outside NEXO, with no employment relationship with NEXO, who brings NEXO to a medical school, student interest group, residency program or hospital. When the institution signs the contract and pays the invoice, the Closer earns a commission on that invoice.

Individual subscription sales belong to NEXO Creators.

How it works

Application. You apply by email, at the address at the end of this page.

Approval. Approved applicants receive the Closer contract. Without a signed contract, there is no commission.

Institution registration. Before the first meeting, you give NEXO the name of the institution, the contact person and their role. If NEXO was already talking to that institution, the registration is declined and you are notified.

Reservation. An accepted institution is reserved for you for a period set in the Closer contract.

Introduction. You tell the contact person that you represent NEXO, and you only continue with people who agreed to be contacted.

Proposal. The proposal, the price and any discount come from NEXO. You do not negotiate price or promise discounts.

Contract and invoice. The institution signs with NEXO and pays the invoice. A signed contract without a paid invoice does not generate a commission.

Commission. Once the cancellation period in the institution's contract has passed, you receive the commission after sending NEXO a valid invoice or tax receipt. If the institution cancels and gets its money back, the commission is returned as well.

Rate, periods and caps are set in the contract and are not published.

Rules

  • Each sale pays only one commission.
  • A sale to an institution never generates a Creator commission.
  • The same person can be a Creator and a Closer, with two contracts. A Creator who brings in an institution is paid as a Closer, provided they have a Closer contract and registered the institution first.
  • A sale NEXO was already negotiating pays no commission to anyone.
  • You do not bring in an institution where you are an owner, partner, director or buyer, and you declare any link to the institution when you register it.
  • You do not pass any part of the commission to the person who makes the purchasing decision at the institution.

Who can be a Closer

Anyone, from any country. The contract is adapted to the Closer's country before the first commission.

What the program does not guarantee

Applying does not guarantee approval, and approval does not guarantee income or any number of sales. A commission is earned only when an institution signs and pays.

  • Your name and country
  • The institutions you plan to introduce NEXO to
  • Your relationship with each of them

Do not send identity documents, bank details or tax details with your application. NEXO replies to the same email address.
