You can reveal up to 6 progressive clues. This keeps the challenge approachable for learners while still rewarding faster, sharper reasoning.

After each answer, NEXO shows how close you are inside the ICD-10 hierarchy: exact match, same subcategory, same group, same chapter, or distant.
